AVAGEL – New generation technology for GEL-gluing of tiles. The thixotropic and fluid nature of AVAGEL AERO ULTRA ensures 100% wettability of the tile and full contact after tightening, without voids.

AERO – Technology provides AVAGEL AERO ULTRA with an exceptionally low density – a characteristic that provides two main advantages:

1. one bag of AVAGEL AERO ULTRA has the same volume but weighs less (15 kg) compared to one bag of normal tile adhesive (25 kg). This makes working with the product easier – reduces fatigue during work and saves on transportation costs;
2. More m² of tiles laid with AVAGEL AERO ULTRA – about 60% more m² of tiles can be glued compared to standard adhesives;

Appendix:

• Bonding ceramic tiles (porcelain, clinker, double-fired, single-fired, etc.), ceramic and glass mosaic, stone slabs (marble, granite, etc.) requiring installation using quick-drying adhesives;
• For laying all types of glass-ceramic mosaics in indoor and outdoor swimming pools and SPA areas;
• For laying natural and artificial stone indoors and outdoors (for stone that is moderately sensitive to moisture);
• For laying thin (3 and 5 mm), large slabs (160x320 cm) of granite tiles horizontally and vertically, including on building facades;

Specifications:

• AVAGEL AERO ULTRA is gray or white in color, composed of fine lightweight fillers, high-strength cement and special additives. It is produced using its own technology – AERO Technology, developed in Avalon’s central research and development laboratory in Italy (Sassuolo).
• AVAGEL AERO ULTRA is a low viscosity product – this makes working with the product fast and easy. At the same time, the product is highly thixotropic – without any vertical slippage on the wall, even when gluing large-format tiles. Its excellent transfer (adhesion to the back of the tile) and thixotropic consistency make AVAGEL AERO ULTRA suitable for laying large-format, thin-thickness (3-5 mm) tiles.
• In practice, the use of AVAGEL AERO ULTRA by the double application method on a flat base guarantees 100% contact of the tiles without any voids – this prevents the risk of tiles breaking when loaded by heavy objects or heavy traffic. Its excellent anti-slip effect makes gluing tiles on walls easy and safe.
