PAYMENT METHODS

In our e-shop www.urbanconcept.bg, The user can use one of the options listed below to pay the price of the product/s ordered by him.

"URBAN DESIGN" Ltd. supports the following payment methods: payment online with a bank card card, cash on delivery payment or Bank transfer.

     1. ONLINE PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

Important information regarding card payments through the Site www.urbanconcept.bg

1. Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.

2. Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard

3. Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.

4. From a security point of view, the maximum amount for payment by card is 9900.00 lev.

5.  We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site!

6. If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made

When using the method – Payment by bank card, your order will be sent after a transfer received and approved by the bank.

• The payment of the goods by bank transfer is made 100% in advance.

*Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must pay the courier only the costs of the delivery of the goods!

     2. PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY /

You pay the total amount to the courier of the goods you ordered in cash or with a debit/credit card when they are delivered to the address you specified. It includes: the price of the goods ordered from the electronic store - www.urbanconcept.bg + the fee for processing and delivery of the order.

*The price of the courier service is not included in the stated price of the product/s purchased by you on our online store - www.urbanconcept.bg and is paid separately to the courier.

*Each courier charges an additional "Cash on Delivery" fee for cash on delivery payment. The fee is different depending on the selected courier.

*The delivery price is calculated and communicated to the customer by our employee, before the final confirmation of the order!

     3. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

You can pay for the selected products by bank transfer. When choosing this payment method, you will receive your proforma invoice to the email you specified.

You must transfer the order value and the shipping amount. Please do not rush to make bank transfers before our employee has confirmed the availability of the goods and the total amount owed by you for the order.

Bank transfer fees are for the client's account and are in an amount determined by the bank that is the issuer of the card with which the payment was made.

The receipt of the goods takes place after the bank transfer is reflected in our account or when a payment order is provided by the client.

When placing an order through the site, you will receive Bank Transfer Instructions as follows:

The ordered goods will be sent after the money has been reflected in our account or an email has been sent with a payment order to……

The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of the order amount in our bank account.

When making online payments or payments by bank transfer, "URBAN DESIGN" Ltd. does not bear any responsibility for costs incurred in connection with fees, commissions or other additional payments made by the Client or his bank on the occasion of the transaction itself, as and in cases of currency exchange, applied by the bank that issued the client's card in cases where the currency is different from BGN.

IMPORTANT!

If the payment is made by an individual, not an invoice can be issued to a legal entity. If the Customer wishes his payment to be invoiced to a legal entity, he must make the payment from the account of the legal entity.

When choosing "Getting a place", the customer agrees to pay 100 % of the amount due by order in advance to the bank account specified on the SITE.
